1Each county has the option of adjusting the unit cost for conservation practice components if there is substantial justification to support the change.  Any change requires management approval.  Not all practices are offered in all counties.

2Limited Resource farmers have a 90% cost share rate. Small-scale farmers have a 75% cost share rate. Beginning Farmer cost share rate is determined by the county Local Work Group.  All others are at the posted rate.
