Photo Contest Winners

NRCS- Tennessee employees from across the state participated in the 2006 NRCS- TN Photo Contest. Participants submitted more than 300 entries, and nearly all the images will be available for viewing via the website soon. Thanks to our contest judge, David Duhl, who teaches Photography at Nashville State Community College and maintains a portfolio of over 9,000 images capturing the natural world. He specializes in native plants and animals, national parks, Tennessee landscapes and landmarks, and natural history. The criteria used by Mr. Duhl in the judging included: Lighting; Treatment of Subject; and Composition.
