Subject: ECS – Threatened and Endangered Species Review Requests.

Purpose: To establish new policy for submitting T&E review requests.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

This bulletin establishes new policy for field office requests for Threatened and Endangered (T&E) Species reviews in accordance with NEPA requirements in the conservation planning process. Previously these requests were sent to the state office level biologists (Carol Chandler and Jenny Adkins).

Effective immediately all field office T&E review requests will be sent to the Area Biologists. Area biologists are:

• Area I – Mike Hansbrough
• Area II – Chris Wolkonowski
• Area III – Robin Mayberry

There is no change to the previous format of the requests or the required documents to be sent in with the request. Contact the State Resource Conservationist with questions concerning this policy.
