Subject: CPA – Compliance Status Reviews

Purpose: To identify tracts to be added to the status review list for Farm Service Agency (FSA) loan recipients.

Expiration Date: December 31, 2008

Attached is a list of FSA Farm Credit Loan recipients to be added to the 2008 list of compliance status review tracts. Also attached are instructions for this process. It is important that you read these instructions if your county is listed, because there are field-office friendly options for deleting tracts from the list. For instance, if they are already on the random list, you need not add it; if a status review was conducted in 2007 for that loan recipient, you do not need to add it; and if there are no wetlands or HEL on the tract, you do not need to add them. With all these scenarios, you do not need to add a replacement tract.

Further, if any county has already added loan recipients’ tracts, you can disregard the attached national list, and no further tracts need to be added. These are highlights from the instructions. If your county is identified on this list, you will need to read them thoroughly.
