Subject: CPA – Annual Report Distribution

Purpose: New policy for submitting Soil Conservation District (SCD) Annual Reports.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

This bulletin will be used when SCDs choose to distribute their Soil Conservation District Annual Reports.

District Offices – To eliminate duplication of efforts we are suggesting distribution of one copy each of your District Annual Report as follows:

  • Jim Nance, Program Manager
  • Kevin Brown, State Conservationist
  • Appropriate Area Conservationist - Richard West, Mike Hart or Terrance Rudolph

As the annual reports are received in the state office a letter will be composed and sent to the SCD office for the District Board Chairman with a copy distributed to the Area Conservationist and District Conservationist.
