2008 Conservation Security Program Signup

Conservation farmers and landowners in 15 middle Tennessee counties are eligible to apply for 2008 CSP funds. The CSP program rewards farmers who practice effective conservation techniques.

NRCS Makes Wildlife Habitat Assistance Available to TN Landowners

Tennessee landowners interested in conservation should sign up now for the Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP)and other USDA conservation programs. Getting an application in soon increases the chances of funding.

NRCS-Tennessee 2007 At-A-Glance

NRCS in Tennessee assisted 42,000 customers, implemented more than 91,000 conservation practices, and provided $14.3 million in Farm Bill funding to Tennesseans in FY 2007.
